Back Order Policy: A backorder is automatically created when your request exceeds our inventory.
If an item is out of stock you will be notified via email. If your order contains (1) one or more items that are out of stock we may at our discretion split the order into multiple shipments unless otherwise instructed. The items that are in stock at the time of the initial order will ship via the shipping method originally selected. All items that are out of stock will ship at our expense via first class mail when they become available.
Return/Exchange Policy:
We will gladly take returns or exchanges for all items
(unless otherwise noted) as long as an authorization is obtained within 3 days of receipt and return is received within 1 month of authorization; all sale, discounted, discontinued/retired items and custom purchases are final.
